Can sessions upload automatically?

Yes. When you are signed in and have selected an organization, the extension can upload sessions to the console automatically.

Can sessions be exported locally?

Yes. If your workspace allows local exports, a session export can include metadata, logs, screenshots, video, and HAR data.

Are integrations organization-scoped?

Yes. Integration settings are managed per organization in the console. You need admin access to configure most integrations.

Why does the extension open a local viewer first?

The local viewer lets you inspect the captured evidence immediately after recording stops while upload continues in the background.

Who can invite teammates?

Organization admins can invite teammates, copy pending invite links, revoke pending invites, update roles, and remove members.

Do I need AI configured to use Puggy?

No. You can record, review, and share sessions without AI. Configure AI only when you want generated bug reports, generated test scripts, video intelligence, or related AI workflows.
