The Puggy console is the web app for viewing, searching, analyzing, and sharing recorded QA sessions. Teams use the console to inspect video playback, screenshots, HAR/network requests, console logs, performance data, accessibility reports, and generated bug reports or test scripts.

What you can do

  • Browse and search sessions.
  • Review video, screenshots, logs, requests, and interactions.
  • Rename sessions so they are easier to find later.
  • Generate and save bug reports.
  • Generate and download Playwright test scripts.
  • Create share links.
  • Create tickets or send session context to Slack.
  • Manage organization members and invitations.
  • Configure AI, integrations, and API keys when you have admin access.

Common workflow

  1. Open your organization workspace.
  2. Select a session from Sessions or find it with Search Sessions.
  3. Review the evidence on the session detail page.
  4. Add or generate a bug report.
  5. Share the session or create a ticket.
