The extension popup includes a Settings screen for your account and capture defaults, and a Send feedback form for reporting issues to the Puggy team. Open either from the icons in the popup.

Settings

Open Settings from the gear icon in the popup header. Changes you make here become the defaults for every new capture.

Account and organization

  • See the account you’re signed in with and sign out.
  • When you belong to more than one organization, switch which one new sessions upload to. The selected organization is remembered for your next recording.

Advanced capture

Toggle capture defaults that apply to every new session:
These settings are defaults, not per-recording toggles — they carry over to every new capture until you change them.

Send feedback

Open Send feedback from the popup footer to report a problem or idea without leaving the browser. Puggy sends it straight to the team.

Choose type and severity

Pick a Type — bug, feature request, UX feedback, performance issue, or other — and a Severity from critical to low.

Describe it

Add a short Title and a Description covering what happened, what you expected, and how urgent it is.

Attach evidence

Optionally capture a screenshot, attach files (images, video, or logs), and include the active tab URL, your browser and device details, or a reference to the current session.

Submit

Send the feedback. You’ll see a confirmation when it’s received.
Leaving Include active tab URL and Include browser/device details checked gives the team the context they need to reproduce an issue faster.
