Session detail pages show the evidence captured during a QA recording. Typical session detail data includes:
  • Browser and tab metadata.
  • Screen recording playback.
  • Screenshot gallery.
  • Console logs.
  • Network requests and HAR waterfall data.
  • User interaction timeline.
  • Performance and accessibility data when enabled.
Use this page to reproduce issues, prepare bug reports, and share context with engineering or support teams.

Prerequisites

  • The session has uploaded to the console.
  • You have access to the organization that owns the session.

Evidence tabs

  • Recording shows the captured video when one exists.
  • Screenshots shows captured and annotated screenshots.
  • Transcript appears when video intelligence is enabled.

Detail tabs

  • Info shows metadata and linked tickets.
  • Console Logs shows browser logs, warnings, and errors.
  • Network Requests shows captured request data.
  • Performance Metrics shows browser performance data when available.
  • User Interactions shows captured clicks, inputs, scrolls, and navigation events.
  • Accessibility appears when accessibility capture is enabled.

Actions

From a session detail page, you can:
  • Copy or revoke a public share link.
  • Annotate screenshots.
  • Clip video when video clipping is enabled.
  • Delete the session.
  • Generate a bug report or test script from the right panel.
  • Create a ticket or Slack message from the right panel.
