# Integration setup

> Configure organization-scoped integrations from the Puggy console.

Configure integrations from the console integrations page.

## Prerequisites

* You have admin access to the Puggy organization.
* You have the required credential for the provider you want to connect.
* The provider credential has access to the destination your team uses, such as a project, repository, list, or Slack channel.

## General Steps

1. Open the console and select an organization.
2. Navigate to **Integrations**.
3. Choose the provider to configure.
4. Enter the required credentials.
5. Test the connection.
6. Save the configuration.
7. Return to a session and use **Create Ticket** or the relevant share action.

Keep integration tokens and OAuth credentials scoped to the minimum permissions required by your team workflow.

## Provider credentials

| Provider | Credential you need |
| ------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| Jira | Site URL, Atlassian email, and API token |
| GitHub | Personal access token |
| ClickUp | API token |
| Slack | Bot User OAuth token |
| YouTrack | Base URL and permanent token |
| AI Bug Report | Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini API key |

## Troubleshooting

If ticket creation fails, re-test the integration connection first. Then confirm the provider token still has access to the target destination.
