# Team and account

> Invite teammates, manage roles, accept invitations, and delete your account.

## Roles

Every member of an organization is an **Admin** or a **Member**. The person who created the organization is its owner and counts as an admin.

| Role | Can do |
| - | - |
| Member | Record, review, edit, share, and file sessions. Generate AI reports. Create their own API keys. |
| Admin | Everything a member can, plus manage members, roles, invitations, the organization name, and integrations. |

Everyone in an organization can see all of its sessions.

## Team Management

Admins open **Team Management** from the sidebar. Members don't see it.

### Rename the organization

Edit the organization name at the top of the page (up to 100 characters).

### Invite teammates

1. Choose **Invite people** and enter the teammate's email.
2. Pick a role: **Member** (the default) or **Admin**.
3. Choose **Send invitation**.

Puggy emails an invitation link. If the email can't be sent, the invitation still exists and you can copy its link to send yourself. Invitations expire after a week.

Pending invitations are on the **Invited** tab, where you can:

* Copy the invitation link.
* Resend the invitation email.
* Revoke the invitation.

### Manage members

The **Members** tab lists everyone in the organization, with a search box. From a member's row, you can:

* Change their role.
* Remove them. Sessions they recorded stay with the organization.

## Accept an invitation

Open the link in your invitation email. The page shows **Join** and the organization's name.

* If you're signed out, choose **Sign in to accept**.
* If you're signed in, choose **Accept invitation**.

If you're signed in with a different email from the one the invitation was sent to, Puggy warns you first. An invitation link stops working once it has been accepted, revoked, or has expired; ask an admin for a new one.

## Your profile

Open **Profile** from your user menu at the bottom of the sidebar.

### Delete your account

1. Open **Profile** and choose **Delete account**.
2. Type the confirmation word Puggy asks for.
3. Confirm.

Your account is deleted **24 hours** later. Until then, a banner shows the deletion date and you can cancel. When the account is deleted, Puggy removes:

* Your account.
* The sessions you recorded.
* Any organizations you own, with everything in them, for all of their members.

Admins of the organizations you belong to are emailed about the deletion.
